We all probably know that Lanny has been counting down the days pretty much from the first day of construction. And so, it was very exciting to share the day with him in addition to Sharon and the Perez family. Seeing that familiar face at the information tent at the Encanto and Central station, who wouldn't have confidence asking questions of this "Light Rail Opening Day Ambassador"? We also had fun riding on the train on opening day. Since, we were packed in like sardines we only rode from the Encanto station to the Thomas station. But hey, we did it! A great time was had by all!
